AI Superabundance and Digital Sovereignty: Building an African Framework for Intelligent Cities, Secure Automation, and Human Flourishing
This research explores how artificial intelligence can help Africa move toward a future of abundance, digital sovereignty, secure infrastructure, and human-centered progress. It argues that Africa must not merely consume intelligent systems built elsewhere, but must actively shape, secure, govern, and localize them. Through the Aunatron framework of Intelligence, Sovereignty, Security, Abundance, and Human Flourishing, the paper presents a strategic vision for building African societies that are not only digital, but intelligent, resilient, inclusive, and deeply human.
